Growwh Freelancer Network - Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application and joining the Growwh Freelancer Network, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Agreement

By joining the Growwh Freelancer Network (hereafter referred to as "Growwh"), you confirm that you are a freelancer with expertise in the services you offer and agree to provide high-quality work in alignment with client expectations. You agree to work as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Growwh.

2. Eligibility

To join the Growwh Freelancer Network, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have valid legal identification and the required skills for the services you offer.

• Provide accurate personal and professional information during registration.

3. Freelancer Responsibilities

As a member of the Growwh Freelancer Network, you agree to:

• Deliver services in a timely and professional manner as agreed upon with clients.

• Communicate clearly and regularly with clients to understand project requirements.

• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by clients.

• Ensure that all work submitted is original, does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, and adheres to ethical standards.

• Meet deadlines and maintain a professional standard of work quality.

• Comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property, tax, and labor laws.

4. Growwh’s Role

Growwh acts as a platform to connect freelancers with potential clients. We do not act as an employer and do not manage the specific terms or conditions of individual contracts between freelancers and clients. Growwh facilitates communication, invoicing, and payment processes but does not guarantee work or income.

5. Payment Terms

• Freelancers will set their own rates, either per project or hourly, and this will be agreed upon with the client prior to starting any work.

• Payments for completed work will be processed through the Growwh platform, and Growwh ensures on-time payouts to freelancers.

• Freelancers agree to invoice clients through the Growwh platform, which will deduct service fees (if applicable).

• Freelancers are responsible for handling their own taxes, expenses, and other financial obligations.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Freelancers agree to maintain confidentiality with respect to any information shared by Growwh, clients, or partners. This includes project details, brand strategies, intellectual property, and business processes. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information may result in removal from the platform.

7. Termination & Suspension

Growwh reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in behavior that is harmful to Growwh’s reputation or business relationships.

• Terminate your account immediately for actions such as fraud, non-compliance with project terms, or unethical conduct.

Freelancers may also request to deactivate their accounts at any time by contacting Growwh support.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute between a freelancer and a client, both parties should attempt to resolve the issue directly. Growwh offers mediation support but is not liable for any disputes between freelancers and clients. Growwh reserves the right to remove any freelancers or clients from the platform due to unresolved disputes.

9. Rights to Work

Freelancers retain ownership of their work unless otherwise specified in the contract with the client. However, you grant Growwh and clients the right to use, display, and promote the work for business and promotional purposes.

10. Code of Conduct

Freelancers must adhere to a professional code of conduct while interacting with clients, Growwh’s team, and other freelancers. This includes treating others with respect, being honest, and maintaining professionalism at all times.

11. Indemnity

Freelancers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growwh and its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your work, content, or actions.

12. Limitation of Liability

Growwh’s liability is limited to the amount paid to a freelancer for services rendered. Growwh is not responsible for any loss of earnings, project cancellations, or other damages arising from the use of the platform.

13. Amendments to the Terms

Growwh reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated to freelancers, and continued use of the platform after any modification will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Noida, India.

By submitting your application and joining the Growwh Freelancer Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
