Clients retain rights to their original content but grant Growwh the right to showcase projects as portfolio work unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for services must be made as per the agreed proposal. Late payments may result in delayed delivery or service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information, project data, and client assets.
6. Limitation of Liability
Growwh is not liable for:

- Issues arising from third-party platforms/tools

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Budh Nagar, UP.
